Use SendZero responsibly.

1. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the files you upload, the links you share, and ensuring that you have the right to distribute the content.

2. Prohibited content and activity

Do not use SendZero to upload, distribute, facilitate, or promote:

• content whose possession or distribution is illegal;
• child sexual abuse material or any sexual exploitation of minors;
• non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual exploitation of any person;
• malware, ransomware, spyware, phishing kits, credential stealers, or other malicious code;
• stolen credentials, unlawfully obtained personal data, doxxing material, or leaked private data;
• credible threats, extortion, stalking, targeted harassment, or material used to facilitate violence;
• content that unlawfully infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;
• spam, fraud, scams, abusive automated use, attacks on the service, or attempts to bypass its security and limits.

3. Encrypted service

SendZero encrypts files in the browser and does not normally possess the decryption key. This privacy design does not grant permission to use the service for prohibited activity.

4. Abuse and enforcement

Transfers may be blocked or deleted when there is a reasonable basis to believe they violate these rules, threaten the service, or must be restricted to comply with applicable law. Technical information and abuse reports may be used for this purpose.

5. Not a backup service

SendZero is a temporary transfer service. Files may expire, be deleted, become unavailable, or be lost. Keep your own copy of anything important.

6. Service availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Limits, retention periods, features, and these terms may change as the service evolves.

7. Reporting abuse

When reporting a suspected abusive transfer, provide the SendZero transfer URL and a clear description of the issue. Do not include the decryption key unless it is necessary for the report.
